Position Summary:
Reporting to the President of Company., the Vice President, Dental will be
expected to be intimately involved in all strategic and tactical aspects of Company’s
Dental business. Primary focus will be sales growth in the dental business with emphasis placed on:
1. Increasing sales through the existing dental network and driving utilization of the
Company product
2. Broadening the dental network thru recruitment and education of additional dental
3. Expanding the dental sales thru existing and new partnerships with licensees.
This position is based in  TX and will also be responsible for customer support relating to customer service and product logistics.
Responsibilities and Account-abilities:
 Work closely with the President to define and execute overall vision and strategic plan and provide overall strategic leadership in seizing opportunities for continued sales growth and improved profitability.
Drive and be fully responsible for the Dental division of the group, maximizing all opportunities to grow and develop the market share of the Company products within the US market, implement promotions and marketing activities involving the Company Preferred Dental Network
 Partner with the Vice President of Marketing to develop a marketing strategy and plan to effectively communicate to our customers
 Develop and implement innovation educational programs to effectively train new Dentists.
Company  Manage and optimize communication and operational processes to address customer needs.
 Ensuring successful implementation of activities of the dental team promote continuing operations, maximize profit
Attain business objectives through achievement of budgeted results, participate in
future planning and budgeting, constantly control and optimal use of company
resources in the Dental Division
 Develop and manage strategic relationships with customers and business partners
 Confer with functional team members to coordinate activities and resolve problem.
Build a dental team that is hard-working, collaborative, hands-on and focused onresults
Hiring Requirements/Preferences:
 Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; advanced degree, MBA preferred
 Minimum of ten years progressive management experience with at least five years with P&L responsibility
 Solid marketing, sales & sales management experience required
 Direct experience and hands on knowledge in the dental market and dental laboratory setting.
Solid executive presence and possess a strong combination of technical aptitude and business acumen
 Ability to recognize opportunities and develop plan to seize them.
 Strong and consistent communicator, upwards, across and down, with effective
interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across a matrix organization; superior listening skills.
Polished presentation skills, both written and verbal
Well-grounded with solid common sense and a direct approach. Can deal with a
broad range of people, backgrounds and skill sets

Strong ethics and values with impeccable integrity and confidentiality
 Strategic thinker, imagination and foresight to conceptualize innovative
approaches to existing products, new products and new marketing opportunities
as well as the implementation skills to bring them to fruition
Proven results developing and managing a budget with the ability to control cost
and conduct budget analysis at a high level
 Negotiation skills with demonstrated results in influencing positive and measurable change.
 Able to travel approximately 30% of time
