  • Outside Sales Representative
    Join the best Sales team in the dental industry!  Is hiring a passionate and energetic Outside Sales Representative for our Midsouth territory (AR, South IL, LA, East MO, MS, West TN).
    The Company is dedicated to improving people’s lives through innovative services and products for dentistry.  
  • Identify sales opportunities and partner with the sales team and operations to present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and the number of contacts to be made.
  • Be committed to the success for the customer’s business and adopt a cross-selling approach. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  • Identify key business decision makers and sell “Total Solutions” in line with multiple product sales strategy.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
  • Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
  • Analyze the territory/market potential and determine the value of existing and prospective value to the organization.
  • Create and manage a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities.
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns. Build trusted strong relationships and communicate effectively with all stakeholders (customers, sales team, business development team, management and technical support) 
  • 5 years of sales experience - dental industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Understanding of dental lab procedures:  Metal finishing and porcelain application, Implants, abutments, crowns, bridge and more.  
  • Computer-aided design and manufacturing (CAD-CAM)
  • CRM proficiency (
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Delivery and solution focused attitude with client’s best interest always in mind
  • Technical aptitude and analytical propensity
  • 20% travel
