Position Summary

The  Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving solution business by identifying, implementing and executing the marketing strategy and go to market approach. He or she will also be responsible for introducing other business solutions of the surgical portfolio, and achieving topline growth objectives. This person will report to the Senior Director, Product Marketing.

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze the market through utilizing market research reports and seek customer input
  • Predict market and customer segment trends & dynamics and identify short and midterm differentiation opportunities

  • Conduct competitor analysis, including product portfolio, and present to the company headquarters

  • Develop a Marketing Plan that includes growth strategies to reach the definedannual revenue target

  • Prepare the introduction of new products for immediate load fixed full arch solution and other key strategic product introductions

  • Track and trace the sales results and undertake corrective actions for reaching commercial targets

  • Work with internal functions and external 3rd parties to assess partnerships & licensing opportunities for fixed edentulous solution.

  • Track and monitor the operational expenses budget for the franchise and contribute to reaching local contribution margins

  • Establish excellent relationships and work closely together with the sales organization

  • Identify KOLs and closely collaborate with them on case documentation, publication, and speaking.

  • Create and develop value propositions based on customer feedback, and provide regular feedback to supervisor for product development and innovations

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of business management or marketing experience required with evidence of increasing responsibility over time.

  • Dental industry strongly preferred

  • Previous sales experience a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA degree preferred

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
