About the Career Opportunity:  A client of ours a Global medical device growing company is looking for a  Manager of Professional Development and Training .

Proven experience with long-term planning,
developing, and executing training programs. Must possess a good understanding of adult training programs.

Must have a BS degree in Business, Sciences.
Must be proficient in LMS Learning Management Systems software (cornerstone a plus).

Plan, direct, and execute strategic plans and programs around the training and mentoring company personnel as directed based on initiatives and other company goals.

Evaluate training needs across Company to effectively create and administer direct training programs.

Attend conventions and other meetings as directed by the Head of Sales and Marketing to effectively represent the company as the expert on training topics.

Research, develop, or purchase best practice training modules specialized for a growing  organization. This includes new hire, ongoing, and advanced training that
encompasses product knowledge as well as selling skills.

Partner with managers to create development plans for all levels of the company NA team based on their individual needs and career growth potential. Co-travel with sales
personnel to provide new training or assess prior training.
Develop or assist in development of training for sales partners (e.g., distributor partners)
Responsible for coordinating organizational expertise in both product  and competition and sales skills.
Responsible for ensuring the completion of required training documentation in coordination with the Managers and HR.
