SUMMARY

The company is looking for an executive with a proven track record and strong leadership in the area of Medical Devices or diagnostic equipment .   As an Executive  the ideal candidate will also contribute strategic leadership input in the overall direction of the company, develop and implement new product strategies as well as sales and marketing strategies. Monitor and analyze the overall performance of the company in all aspects from financial, sales and marketing activity against goals and be an active participant/leader in the management team.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Direct and coordinate overall company activities.
  2. Work with department managers and corporate staff to develop long term business plans for the company.
  3. Establish and implement short and long range company and departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures. 
  4. Direct and coordinate the formulation of the product development plan.
  5. Develop and manage product development budgets,
  6. Oversee internal operating budgets. 
  7. Oversee the entire product development process.
  8. Direct and coordinate company sales and marketing functions.
  9. Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development.
  10. Contribute and manage as an active member of the management team and the company’s planning process.
  11. Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets, Participate in and lead the development of new project proposals.
  12. Establish and implement short and long range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
  13. Supervise the planning and development of company marketing and communications materials.
  14. Represent the company at business meetings to promote the company.
  15.  Promote and develop positive relationships with partners, vendors, and distributors.
  16. Recommend and administer policies and procedures to enhance all company operations.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
  Experience in bringing small diagnostic equipment products through entire cycle from development to production and sales.
  1. Experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and financial management. Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations. Experience in planning marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and successful public relations efforts.
  2. Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight time frames and simultaneously manage several projects. Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
  3. Knowledge of regulatory requirements.
  4. Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
